Purchase methods

Product availability

Cuccuini Spa can change the products offered for sale on tuosito.com and the relative price at any time and without notice.

Product price (Price of product)

The price of each item is indicated in Euros: taxes included (VAT), shipping costs excluded for the countries of the European Union. Taxes not included (VAT), shipping costs excluded for countries outside the European Union. Order confirmation

Payment methods Cuccuini Spa accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. The ordered products remain the property of Cuccuini Spa until the relative price has been fully collected.

SHIPPING METHODS Shipping Methods Information on shipping methods, costs and any customs duties are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs duties are charged to the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs All purchases with addresses in Italy are delivered by DHL courier. For all other destinations the courier DHL is used. We do not ship to post office boxes. The following table shows the shipping costs for the different amounts:

Deliveries are made and guaranteed by the Courier DHL All orders are delivered by the Courier DHL from 9 to 18, from Monday to Friday. The shipper requires the recipient's signature on receipt at the time of delivery. The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered during the delivery times. Please promptly indicate any change of address. Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address. At the time of shipment, Cuccuini Spa communicates the tracking number of the DHL courier to the Customer by e-mail.

The delivery of the products can also take place through partial shipments: in this case only the price of the products shipped and the cost of the single shipment is charged. In case of partial shipment, information is given via email. Any delivery delays exceeding 10 (ten) days. working days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.

Receiving merchandise To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the signature "for receipt" of the recipient at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered. If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier.We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quality of the delivered products corresponds to what ordered, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note. Any problems in delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.

Insurance All packages shipped are insured against theft / loss and damage from the moment they are entrusted to the Courier for shipment until delivery to the recipient. If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or indicate on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package. Once delivered to the address indicated and collected, the goods are no longer insured.

Returns and Exchanges

If the products are not satisfactory, a refund or exchange can be requested. The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows: Returns Procedure The purchased goods can be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. Returns made after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of Cuccuini Spa. Cuccuini Spa reimburses the full cost of the products returned by the Customer as long as they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by Cuccuini Spa. Refunds, excluding shipping costs , is credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer.

To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send a webmaster@cuccuini.it to obtain a return authorization number (RMA - Returns Merchandise Authorization). To make the return, wait for the return authorization issued by Cuccuini Spa. The e-mail with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package. Cuccuini Spa sends with the return authorization a pre-filled sheet with the destination address to be applied on the package. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed. Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.

Once the return proforma invoice has been completed, a collection can be booked by contacting the DHL Courier. The package must be delivered closed to the courier. Cuccuini Spa sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which Cuccuini Spa received the returned product in the indicated conditions.

Return Conditions

The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact. The shoes must be tried on on a carpet and must be returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box can be refused and returned to the customer. Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over your underwear and without removing the protective sticker. If the sticker is removed or the garments crumpled, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted. Exchanges

It is possible to replace the purchased product only with another similar one of a different size or measure within 10 days from the delivery date and on condition that it is available. Exchanges requested after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of cuccuini Spa. To make the change it is necessary to send an e-mail with the exchange request to webmaster@cuccuini.it To make the change wait for the change authorization issued by Cuccuini Spa. Unauthorized exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the paragraph "Return Procedures". The return of the product does not involve the payment of shipping costs. Defective merchandise Products received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective. It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 10 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges. In such cases, Cuccuini Spa will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible. The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs. If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Cuccuini Spa will proceed with the refund. The re-credit, including shipping costs in the case of a defective product at the origin, is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment.

Return of gifts In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges. It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Refunds (Reimbursements)

The Customer who is not satisfied with the product received can exercise the return within 10 days from the delivery date. Please refer to the same methods of return of products expressed in the section Returns / Exchanges. The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 working days from the date on which Cuccuini Spa received the returned product in the indicated conditions. The re-credit is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment, shipping costs excluded (unless the products are originally defective). Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
